The manor house in Świbie was erected around 1800. At that time, it was a one-story building, presenting how many residences that were built at that time, the classicist style. In the following decades, the building was rebuilt several times, which fundamentally changed its original shape. In the mid-nineteenth century, the first floor was added, and at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth century, another floor was built.
Next to the residence, a small park has been preserved, dating back to the time when the buildings were erected, as well as the former farm buildings.
Currently, the entire complex is privately owned.
