Wooden church, single-nave, carcass construction. Oriented, built of pine wood. Fragments of the patron polychrome with inscriptions and plant friezes in the presbytery probably from the 18th century. The walls of the nave with subsequent inscriptions with the names of local authorities. Contemporary main altar. Three side altars, including one late baroque from the 18th century. Pulpit and baroque pews. Stone stump from the 18th century. Sculpture of the Mother of God with the Child on the throne in the Silesian Museum. Wooden belfry of pillar-frame construction from around 1718.
