The last building out of four that used to be a factory of clay pipes stands in Zborowskie.

The pipe factory was established in 1753 and belonged to a company composed of: Andreas von Garnier - the owner of the Lubliniec estate, including Zborowski, Samuel Grulich - a Wrocław merchant, Karl von Unfriedt - a war counselor and Rappard - an agricultural commissar. Twelve professionals brought from the Netherlands started the plant, which a year later employed 40, and in 1788 as many as 115 workers. Maximum production of 7,000 pipes a day, about two million a year.

Around 1850-1855, the existence of a pipe shop in Zborowskie ends - it is no longer listed in the register of enterprises of the Lubliniec County from 1861.
