The fieldstone and brick aisleless church in Kolin was built in 1600. The building has a sacristy on the southern side. The equipment includes a wooden pulpit altar from the 2nd half of the 18th century, decorated with 3 panels. In the church there is a tabernacle of 2.09 x 1.28 m in size. The additional equipment is: a gallery, a Late Gothic figures of St. John the Baptist and St. Anna Samotrzeć, and a brass candle holder from 1671. By the church there is a closed evangelical cemetery built on a quadrangular plan of 0.2 ha, fenced with a stone wall. At the cemetery there is a freestanding brick bell tower from 1925. The bell in the tower was made of bronze in 1925 by the Ulrich brothers from Apolda.
