At the intersection of Sobieskiego and Szkolna Streets, right next to the School Complex in Koszęcin, surrounded by three lime trees, there is a chapel dedicated to St. John of Nepomuk. The chapel, as well as the surrounding linden trees - according to tradition, were planted in memory of the march of the troops of King Jan III Sobieski, who in 1683 he marched this way to Vienna.
