The construction of the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Koszęcin took less than 2 years - from the spring of 1907 to October 15, 1908, when the temple was consecrated. In the winter of 1907, all necessary building materials were transported by sleigh, and in the spring the construction was started by carrying out all the works by hand without any mechanization. Until today, no architectural modifications have been made to the church. Prince Charles zu Hohenlohe-Ingenfingen founded the main altar and the altar of St. Joseph.
