On the initiative of the Sołecka Council chaired by Mr. Małgorzata Pyka, the village administrator was entered in 2004 for the competition - "Renewal of Silesian Village" organized by the Marshal's Office in Katowice. It was the first application of a village in the Lubliniec County, in 2005 Droniowice was honored in the "The Most Beautiful Village" competition, obtaining the third place in the province. This success was achieved thanks to the mobilization of the entire community to undertake work to tidy up the yard around the houses and to establish squares. Thanks to the further social initiative and the subsidy obtained, the Meeting House was built - with a large hall, back-up facilities, and equipment - with a large outlay of the village's own resources and community work of the residents.
The building of the Rural Meeting House with the meeting room and the utility and club part consists of one block on the L-shaped plan, a one-story building with an attic, a gable roof, without a basement. Equipped with water supply, sewage, electricity: external and internal. The building is centrally heated from its own solid fuel boiler room located on the ground floor.
