The Commune Public Library in Tworóg operates within the structures of the Commune Cultural Center. It is a self-governing cultural institution. The library plays an informative, educational and cultural role. It consists of: Headquarters in Tworóg, Branch in Boruszowice and Branch in Wojska. The library offers a wide selection of Polish and foreign literature, for children and teenagers as well as popular science, and also subscribes to magazines and local press.
