Palace and park complex in Wielowieś

Dodaj do planera

The palace in Wielowieś was erected in 1748 for Count Franciszek Karol de Verdugo, the then owner of the surrounding estate. In the years 1850, 1911-1912, and then in the 1920s, the palace was extended by successive owners. Construction work was also carried out here in 1947. Today, the palace houses several institutions, including the Commune Office, the Registry Office and the police station.

The residence in Wielowieś is surrounded by a park established in the 19th century, which, however, shrunk from the original 10-hectare one to just over 3 hectares.
