A brick, plastered chapel, on a rectangular plan, with a gable roof. On the front, there is a spacious recess with an arched top, closed with a wooden, glass door. In the recess there is a wooden statue of St. John of Nepomuk.
The chapel stands in the line of the fence of the church. Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, next to the old church.
