The present church was built in the years 1957–1959. The building materials are wood and bricks. The design was made by architect Vogel. The temple was consecrated by bishop Wacław Wycisk on October 19, 1975.
The main altar is made of granite. The conciliar altar was made of Strzegom and Swedish granite. The relics of St. Aurelia, St. Timothy and St. Wenceslas.
