A branch church of st. Anna in Ligota Toszecka. The brick church was built after 1720 from the foundation of Count Franciszek Kotulinski. The temple is an example of baroque architecture.
Made of brick, single-nave with three-sided ending. The main baroque altar with a cartilaginous-auricular ornamentation.
