The House of Culture in Wilcza is the seat of the Municipal Cultural Center in Pilchowice. The mission of GOK is to animate the social and cultural life in the Pilchowice Commune, satisfy the needs, help in the implementation of passions and skills, and cultivate local and national traditions and values.
