Kochcicka distillery, located in the vicinity of the palace built at the beginning of the 20th century by Ludwik Karol Ballestrem, together with the farm buildings formed a palace and manor complex. After the war, the distillery was managed by the state-owned farm, and after the political changes it was leased to private hands. Production, although on a smaller scale each year, lasted until the end of the 20th century. The impressive brick building is an interesting object of industrial architecture. The biggest advantage, however, is what is inside, i.e. the original steam engine from the beginning of the 20th century and the installation for the production of high-percentage alcohol.
Unfortunately, the building of the former distillery in Kochcice, which was to be restored, is falling into ruin. To the west of the palace there is also a complex of residential and farm buildings: a stable, a coach house, a riding school, two-story multi-family houses and a building known as the former manor house.
