It is located approx. 2 km. east of the village. It certainly existed before the parish was established in Sieraków. It was then a branch church of the parish in Lubeck. The original building was wooden and was built probably in the mid-seventeenth century. Its oldest description comes from 1679. According to him, it was a small building with a wooden sacristy added on.
The church emerged from the turmoil of World War I and II intact.
