The neo-baroque palace from the second half of the 19th century, built on a plan similar to the letter H, consists of a single-story body and two two-story side wings. A brick building, galvanized, with a basement.
The palace is surrounded by a park, which was founded perhaps in the 18th century. The building is now abandoned and is falling into ruin. However, it is an important testimony to the past of Sieraków and its local historical heritage.
