The building is made of brick, plastered, with a door opening with a full door, topped with a semicircular arch, with an additional, decorative band above it. In the gable wall, above the opening, there is a recess with a tiny figure of the Virgin Mary, and its sides are finished with a kind of pinnacle on a square plan. The gable wall is separated from the body of the chapel by a slightly protruding cordon cornice. There are tiny windows in the side elevations with a decorative band above them.
Inside the chapel, there was undoubtedly a figure of St. John of Nepomuk from the 18th century, made of wood, but currently it is not there, and the interior of the chapel is empty.
