The present church was built in the years 1896-1908 in place of a small baroque church, and its builder was Fr. pastor Adalbert Widera. The patronage over the construction was taken by Count Guido Henckel von Donnersmack, who covered of the costs of building the church. St. Trinity was consecrated on May 18, 1904 by Bishop Henryk Marx. Auxiliary Bishop of Wrocław. The consecration is celebrated on the 6th Sunday after Easter (based on the document of May 21, 1904 - Wrocław). During the last war, the church was significantly damaged and it was not restored until 1957.
