There are farm buildings from the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries near the palace.
Even in the 1940s, the palace, farm buildings and the entire property were taken over by the state-owned farm, which managed it until 1993. After this period, there was a slow privatization and adaptation of agricultural land to the conditions of a free market economy. After the collapse of state-owned farms, all goods were transferred to private hands, and since then, successive reconstruction of the plundered and ruined property has been taking place.
A restaurant was established on the foundations of utility rooms from 1929, which were restored in accordance with the recommendations of the conservator. In addition, the mini-zoo is noteworthy, located surrounded by ponds with benches and a playground for children.
