The chapel is a branch of the church of Peter and Paul in Pyskowice. It stands near the former manor house, erected for Count Verdugo. Above the roof, there is a small bell topped with a pyramidal roof and a cross. The interior is secured with barred windows and wooden doors closed with a gentle arch.
