The monument stands on a small square near the church. It is dedicated to the inhabitants of Sośnicowice who died in the fights for the Polishness of Upper Silesia in the years 1919 - 1921. On the front wall of the monument, in the center, are the dates: 1919, 1920 and 1921, below the inscription "POWSTAŃCOM ŚLĄSKI RODACY" and an image of an eagle in the finial.
The side walls of the monument are distinguished by the image of the cross with the dates 1921, 1939, 1945 and the eagle in the central point.
