The trail runs through three communes of the Stargard District: Stargard, Marianowo and Suchań. It crosses three rivers: Ręczyca, Pęzinka and Krąpiel. On the way there can be admired stunning glacial landscapes, river valleys which become montane valleys in some parts. It particularly refers to the Krąpiel River nearby Ulikowo. Besides, there are numerous eskers, kames and drumlins which make the monotonous plain more attractive. There are also castles (in Pęzino) and a Cistercian monastery in Marianowo. There are 30 places to towns and villages to visit, with churches, palaces and parks. With all this there are associated many legends and stories based on true events, including Sydonia von Bork, supposedly the most beautiful woman in the Pomerania region, but accused of witchcraft and burned at the stake. Today the vineyard in Trzebiatów produces the wine called "Sydonia".
