renovated in the years 1905–1906 and 1937–38.
The altar, which came from the original Catholic church in Smolnica, and later was in the local temple, and finally (in the preserved parts) to the Racibórz museum, was a typical triptych from around 1470. The central part of this late Gothic composition was made of sculptures st. Barbara, Our Lady with Child and St. Dorothy. There were figures of the twelve apostles in the side wings of the altar.
