The chapel stands on the edge of the provincial road 906 leading from Lubliniec to Koszęcin.
Inside there is a wooden altar with a centrally placed image of the patron saint of the chapel of St. Anna and the figures of saints on the sides: Francis and Joseph. In front of the altar there are figures of Our Lady of the Rosary and of Saint Anna as a girl in the company of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The walls of the chapel are decorated with biblical paintings.
