The church in Sadów has been extended several times. In the 17th century, in the baroque period, the chapel of Saint Jadwiga was added to the north, funded by the Wierbski family. The interior of the church comes from the baroque period: the main altar of St. Joseph from the second half of the 17th century.
In the 17th century, a wooden two-story belfry was added next to the church on a stone foundation, covered with a spherical dome, in which two old bells hung: a gothic one from 1486, cast in Nysa and from 1556, cast in Wrocław.
