A wooden church from 1751 located in the town of Cieszowa in the Sadów deanery, in the Gliwice diocese, is the seat of the Parish of St. Marcin, the Bishop and Confessor in Cieszowa.
In 1679, the chapel of St. Martin, which was supposed to exist in this place already in the 13th century.
The main altar is neo-Gothic with the image of the church's patron - St. Martin. Side altars from the 18th century are in the Baroque style.
